I was ecstatic to receive a link to a captivating article by Tony Walne in *The Daily Mail on Sunday*, a prestigious UK publication. Titled "How to Spot the Next Banksy or Hockney," the piece celebrated me alongside these legendary icons of the art world. It doesn’t get much better than that.

To cap it all, I was honoured to send my painting, "Girl in a Red Hat," to the R.W. Norton Art Gallery & Museum in Shreveport, Louisiana, USA, for their contemporary gallery, which I’m very proud of.

I also received a surprise visit from Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah Al-Haj of Selangor, Malaysia, who bought two paintings for display in his Royal Palace; he also requested a signed copy of my book, Egg Island,
